| Judicious | Wise; Having or showing good judgement |
| Semblance | The outward appearance of something, especially when the reality is different. |
| Precipitated | The reaction of two solutions mixed together resulting in the formation of a solid which is unable to be dissolved or seperated. |

| Disparagement | Criticism or unkind remarks about someone or something |
| Prophecy | Prediction; a vision of the future |
| Transfigured | Changed; transformed into something more beautiful |
| Benediction | A form of blessing pronounced by an officiating minister or priest; promotes goodness or well being |
| Subjugation | A feeling of fear and anxiety around expressing one's true feelings and needs because one fears humiliation or rejection |
| Dissembling | Concealing one's true motives or thoughts by some pretense (disguise or lie) |
| Furtive | Attempting to avoid notice or attention because of guilt or being discovered would lead to trouble |
| Cozened | Cheated or tricked |
| Contenanced | Permitted or tolerated |
| Stalwart | Strongly built |
| Legerdemain | An artful trick; a sleight of hand |
| Spurned | Reject with disdain or scorn; to refuse to accept something or someone because that thing or person is not worth having |
| Lethargy | State of being drowsy, full, unenergetic, or sluggish |
