What do you call a stalagmite and stalactite that are connected to each other? Pillar/column
What is the freeze-thaw action? Freeze-thaw: water enters gaps in rocks and freezes if the temperature reaches below 0 degrees Celsius. In the morning, the temperature rises and the water (ice) unfreezes, making a larger crack in the rock. Eventually, the rock will break and fall down.
How do you identify the highest point of a map? By looking for a black triangle, this indicates the highest point of a map.
