TermDefinition

Lose- Win Low on courage and high on consideration. "have your way with me, everybody else does". permanent victim mentality, insecure and always looking for sympathy.
Lose- Lose If you cant win, nobody can wins (Low courage and consideration). "if I'm going down you're going down with me". you envy and criticize others.
Win-Win or No Deal Living by balancing courage and consideration. "we're going to win together" you're ready to walk away if somebody loses including yourself.
Courage Consideration Matrix ^
Module 12: Make Deposits in Others peoples Emotional Bank Accounts Main Point: I can make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into others emotional bank accounts. When I do this it easier to make new acquaintance's and build stronger trust for later investment/ withdrawal.
Find Out What a Deposit is for the Others Person. What you think is a deposit, might be a withdrawal for the other person.
Do Small Acts of Kindness (invest) little acts of kindness over time grow into great deposits. smile, ask how their day is going. even if you truly don't care it will be a great investment for trust. which means greater withdrawals with less work
Keep Promises Nothing empty's EBA quicker than breaking a serious promise. Stay down on your word and they will too.
Keep Confidences Keep Secrets. and if you spread something remember "you reap what you sow"
Be Loyal to the Absent If you're talking bad about somebody. what does that display to the people around you? yep that you might do the same to them.
Set Clear Expectations follow through on what you tell others. if you say lets all read 100 pages then read as well a 100 pages.
Apologize if you're in the wrong admit it now . Don't wait and don't make excuses, this just makes a bigger EBA withdrawal
Forgive Learn to forgive and forget. Don't let yesterday hold your tomorrow hostage. getting even or talking about others wont help you
