What is the "Implied Consent Law"? In NJ you agree to a breath test following a DUI arrest (hospital may take blood)
What is the penalty for driving with a suspended license due to an alcohol conviction? 1) fine of $500 2) additional suspension of 1 to 2 years 3) possible imprisonment of 10 to 90 days
What is the penalty for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol-first offense? loss of driving privileges for 7 months to 1 year, and a charge of $1,000 for 3 years
What are the first signs of alcohol impairment? talkativeness, more self-confident, and lessened judgment
