TermDefinition
Ability A skill that has been developed. I used my ability to make this sentence.
Aptitude The Natural ability or potential for learning new skills. The teacher said i had great aptitude for learning.
Attitude A person's outlook on life, usually positive or negative. My mom says I have a great attitude.
Interest Things you enjoy doing. My interest is cooking.
Growth mindset The belief that you can be better at something by working on it. My growth mindset made me do very well in school.
Learn style The way in which you think to help you learn. My learning style needed some work.
Lifestyle The way in which you live My lifestyle was very healthy and good.
Personality The combination of attitude, values, interests and behaviors that identify a person. My family loves my personality
Respect Consideration of others. I respect everyone no matter what.
Self awareness The ability to focus on yourself and learn about who you are. I have a keen sense of awareness because I can know who I am.
Self-esteem How you value and perceive yourself. My coach says my self-esteem is very high.
Skill The ability to perform a certain task well. My skill in learning is great.
Values Personal standards by which you live. My values are my family, basketball and cooking
