How would you respond appropriately to feedback and maintain or improve performance accordingly? criticism should always be constructive and meant to assist you in making improvements to your service delivery that will ultimately benefit the ultimate beneficiary of behavioral services.
How would you communicate with stakeholders (e.g. family, caregivers, other professionals) as authorized? t is important to retain the understanding of your role as the behavioral services provider. Do not attempt to suggest changes to the intervention plan or discuss issues that should be referred to your supervisor.
Professional Boundaries a. No accepting or giving gifts b. No social media posts or photos c. Don’t get together outside of work or maintain a friendship
How would you maintain client respect? Communicating respect for the client, in general, means that you treat clients as you would any respected member of the community and maintain care and patience.

Client Dignity Client safety a priority -Never cause embarrassment to client. -service that is considerate and respectful of spiritual needs, beliefs, or values -service without discrimination - HIPAA and confidentiality
Supervision Requirements (BACB Standards) Ongoing supervision for minimum of 5% of hours spent providing services b. Supervision includes 2 face-to-face, synchronous contacts a month, during this supervisor observes the RBT providing services.
Reporting variables that might affect learner Ways to report- session notes, communicating directly with BCBA, ABC data on new behaviors Potential variables- illness, medications, new behaviors, changes in sleep, changes at home/school/etc.
Session notes Completed in timely manner; Make sure data is collected and recorded on all current goals; Make sure all required documentation is filled out including data of session, start time/end time; Objective information written without interpretation
Client documentation and transportation of information client confidentiality; Keep documents for 7 years per the BACB; Do not share any photos, pictures of client work, etc; Keep files/documents secured. All documents should be locked away when not in use
