How to fill out a Tutorial Request Form

Essential Question A big picture question about the topic of the lesson or unit
Initial Question The actual question or problem being asked in your assignment
Tutorial Question A question you have based on your confusion while trying to complete the assignment
Vocabulary Words from the assignment that are helpful in completing it
Definition A description of the word in your words
What I Know A piece of the problem or process that you will need in completing the assignment
Steps A set of instructions to tell what to do at each point in the problem or question
Work Showing visually what you were thinking as you attempted to complete the problem or question
