Synergize A Habit of creative cooperation, a natural law . Example: When you go to work, why do you park in the same parking space?
Value differences Enriching life experience by value inn the differences in people. Example: Asking for help when i comes to understanding a topic instead of using your own understanding, “two heads work better than one”
Negative synergy Being hostile, lose-lose attitude, being defensive, firing back, or withdrawing, due to someone disagreeing with you.
Positive synergy When two people give up a little in order to reach an agreement, it is better than no deal. Equally compromising to achieve a win-win situation
Expands global awareness Opportunity to meet new people from various backgrounds and cultures. Meeting new people broadens your social circle.
Enhances social development Gathering with new people is an important part of expanding your social circle; however, spending time with people you already know is tedious and does not teach social skills.
Prepares students for future career success Being professional and at ease with everyone and anyone is essential for career success, as is learning to be at ease around a wide variety of people.
increases your knowledge base According to research, it is preferable to learn from people who are different from you than it is from those who are similar to you if you want to increase your knowledge.
Promotes creative thinking It is important to learn and hear from different points of view in order to promote creative thinking.
Enhances self-awareness To truly see the world and its beauty, see it through the eyes of a Paloma. You will be more aware of what is around you through that lense.

Steps to a 3rd Alternative Define the problem, listen to their points of view, share your points of view, brainstorm, and come up with the best solution. Using a win-win thinking, empathetic listening and Synergy.
Synergizing is not… Tolerating differences, working independently, believing you're always right, compromising, and aimless brainstorming are all examples of traits.
Synergizing is…. valuing differences, cooperating by working interdependently, remaining open-minded, discovering new and better ways, and achieving results
