| Crabs in a Bucket | Working to prevent the success of another individual |
| Virtue Signaling | Acting like you're trying to stand up for something/making a point but just making yourself look good |
| Lake Wobegon Effect | Some people overestimate their own abilities |
| If-By-Whiskey | Changing what you claim to mean to be a people pleaser; arguing both sides |
| Retcon | Go back into the past and change what something meant |
| Nirvana Fallacy | Rejecting something because it's not perfect |
| Pearl Clutching | Moralizing to avoid the argument; getting offended to get out of actually making a point |
| Creeping Normality (Frog in a Pot) | Slowly convincing people of your argument by agreeing with what they agree with; manipulation |
| Historian's Fallacy | Put modern beliefs and morals on past events; judging the past by today's standards |
| Furtive Fallacy | Deflecting your shortcomings to make yourself look like a victim |
| Barnum Effect | Preying on gullible people and being super vague |
| Brandolini's Fallacy | The spread of misinformation; it's easier to create/spread misinformation than to correct it |
| Low-Hanging Fruit | Attacking an easy argument or something super obvious |
| Occam's Razor | The best solution is always the simplest; Ruling out obvious explanations |
| Eating Crow | Admitting you were wrong |
| Hasty Generalization | make a decision based on little evidence |
