What does Newton's Third Law state? For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

If a frog jumps off a leaf and flies into the air, what caused him to lauch into the air? The leaf, it pushes back with an equal and opposite force to the frog.
Who created the 3 Laws of Motion? Sir Issac Newton
What action-reaction forces are involved when a rocket engine fires? The action force is the rocket pushing out the “hot” gases produced by the engine. The reaction force is the hot gas pushing back on the rocket propelling it into outer space.
Why doesn't a rocket need air to push on? There is no need for air to push on because the hot gases produced by the rocket allow the action and reaction forces to operate.
How is shooting a shotgun related to Newton's Third Law? When shooting a gun the action force is the gunpowder in the shell pushing on the little BB’s in the shotgun shell. The reaction force is the BB’s pushing backwards.
How does Newton's Third Law apply to weightlessness? Only force is applied on the weightlees thing not the weightlees thing is applies on the force.
