Agonista selectivo B2 Puede usarse como broncodilatador para tratamiento de asma y COPD. Albuterol
Agonista selectivo a1 Puede usarse en la congestión nasal (forma tópica) e hipotensión postural. Uno de sus efectos es la vasoconstricción. Fenilefrina
Agonista selectivo a1 Puede usarse en la congestión nasal (forma tópica) e hipotensión postural. También actúa indirectamente en la liberación de NE. Mefentermina
De acción indirecta. Usados en el tratamiento del ADHD y la narcolepsia, su uso crónico puede llevar a la dependencia y a la esquizofrenia paranoide. Anfetamina
De acción indirecta. Usados en el tratamiento del ADHD y la narcolepsia, su uso crónico puede llevar a la dependencia y a la esquizofrenia paranoide. Metafentamina
De acción mixta (a1, a2, B1, D1) Usado en el choque cardiogénico, insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva e insuficiencia renal aguda. Capaz de liberar NE. Dopamina
De acción mixta (a1, a2, B1, B2) Más larga duración que Dopamina, usado como broncodilatador para el tratamiento del asma, en la congestión nasal y tratamiento de hipotensión y choque. Efedrina
Agonista selectivo a2 Usado principalmente en pacientes con hipertensión. Clonidina
Agonista selectivo a2 Usado en pacientes embarazadas con hipertensión. a-Metildopa
Agonista selectivo B2 Fármaco de elección para el asma bronquial. Salbutamol
