| Bias | An unfair preference for or dislike of something |
| Empathy | The ability to identify with and understand somebody else's feelings or difficulties |
| Human relations | The study of the ways in which people relate to each other in group situations |
| Learning Styles | The manner in which one gains knowledge or skill through education |
| Etiquette | Having good manners when dealing with people |
| Interpersonal skills | Skills that promote relationships with other people |
| Tact | The ability to say and do things in a way that will not offend another person |
| Punctual | Being on time |
| Team | A group of people who work together to set goals, make decisions, solve problems, and put ideas into actions |
| Abilities | Natural or acquired skill or talent |
| Auditory | Relating to the sense of hearing |

| Associate's Degree | 2 year college degree from a community college, university, college, or technical school. The recipient of an Associate's Degree can then transfer the credits toward a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree. |
