Win-Lose High on courage and low on consideration. There is only one outcome and that is winning. Second place doesn't exist. You want to be the best you don't consider on how you're going to get there.
Lose-Win Low on courage and high on consideration. You make yourself weaker. You believe everyone is better than you. Causing you to lose. You allow people to step on you for them to view you greater rather than be yourself and protect your own pride.
Lose-Lose Jealousy, envy, and bitterness are few words to describe this. If you're not the one in the main light than no one else should be. Your do not care whether you win or lose. Nor do you care if others face losing.
Win-Win or No Deal Rightful mindset. Balance of courage and consideration. You're ready to win it all but you're also ready to lose for the greater good.
Find Out What a Deposit Is for the Other Person Communication is a huge aspect of connection and emotions of others. Speaking to others truthfully and changing for the better of everyone.
Do Small Acts of Kindness Small acts of common courtesy can change someone's day. Make them feel better, more comfortable, and feel like someone cares about them.
Keep Promises Promise and commit are very strong words. They could make or break an EBA. Keeping a promise, you break trust which then leads to withdrawals.
Keep Confidences People being confident with you in communication equals huge trust. Losing that confidence is due to bad communication and spreading of others business.
Be Loyal to the Absent Be there when they're not. Stand up for your colleagues. Represent yourself as loyal and supportive being.
Set Clear Expectations Again, communication is key. Communicating what is expected of you and following through them is key.
Apologize Apologize when you need to. Set pride aside and speak up when you're in the wrong. It can help build relationships.
Forgive Let things go. Don't allow the past to lurk around and have a change in your present time.
