Antidepressant - Effexor

Use - Depression - Depression + anxiety - Fibromyalgia, pain - **When you need the ability to concentrate
ADRs - Erection will not go away (change in libido) - Skin rash / itching - Serotonin syndrome
Contraindications - Pregnancy - Seizure - Cardiac disease - Renal / hepatic impairment - Suicidal
Interactions - Increased sedation when used with sedatives - Increased bleeding when used with warfarin - Can increase hypertension - Can't use with MAOIs
Medication Administration - PO 75-215mg once to twice daily
