Фармакокинетика на недеполяризиращи Венознo; ефект след 30 сек.; продължителност до 20 мин след последната инж.; дълготраен ефект
Фармакокинетика на деполяризиращи Венозно; по-краткотраен ефект
Специфична фармакокинетика за Suxamethonium при генетично обусловено наличие на атипична антихолинестераза Suxamehonium може да доведе до увеличена продължителност на миорелаксация и апнея.
Фармакодинамика (за двете групи) Сходен строеж с медиатора ацетилхолин и го конкурира за N2-рецепторите на постсинаптичната мембрана.
Терапевтично приложение на недеполяризиращи При операции. Настъпва десцендентна миорелаксация - глава, после шия, гърди, корем и пр.
Терапевтично приложение на деполяризиращи При краткотрайни болезнени манипулации като интубация, езофагоскопия и пр.
НЛР на недеполяризиращи диплопия (двойно виждане) бронхоспазъм –(поради повишено отделяне на хистамин-хистаимнолиберация) анафилактичен шок
НЛР при деполяризиращи анафилактичен шок брадикардия малигнена хипертермия (до 44оС, мускулна ригидност, спазми, цироза, смърт)
