| gravity | a natural force of attraction of any two objects with mass |

| Magnitude | The size or extent of a force |
| net force | the overall forces acting on an object |
| newton | the standard unit of measure used for force |
| vector | a quantity indicating direction and magnitude of a force typically shown with a line and arrow |
| inertia | Newtons law that objects resist a change in motion |
| speed | distance divided by time |
| velocity | speed with direction |

| displacement | The measure of the change of position of an object from its original position |
