gravity | a natural force of attraction of any two objects with mass |
friction | The resistance of an object to its motion |

Magnitude | The size or extent of a force |
net force | the overall forces acting on an object |
newton | the standard unit of measure used for force |
vector | a quantity indicating direction and magnitude of a force typically shown with a line and arrow |
inertia | Newtons law that objects resist a change in motion |
speed | distance divided by time |
velocity | speed with direction |
motion | change of position on an object |
reference point | object used to determine motion |
displacement | The measure of the change of position of an object from its original position |
distance | The measure of the space between two objects |
