Withdrawal in EBA Something that hurts a relationship
Small Acts of Kindness A way to deposit in EBA Ex: Introduce yourself, hold the door open etc.
Promises Keep promises to deposit in EBA. Break promises too BANKRUPT EBA. Forms or Breaks trust.
Confidences Be careful what you spread around social media. don't humiliate , keep it confidence .
Be loyal to the absent Avoid gossip or backbiting. Stick up for people.
Set up Clear Expectations Don't leave things fuzzy. State it then follow through.
Apologize If you're in he wrong, admit it now. Don't make excuses.
Forgive Learn to forgive and forget. You will get hurt if you don't.
