Rules for nutritious health increasing fruits and vegetables, choosing high-quality proteins, eating carbs that dont raise your blood sugar, staying hydrated, limiting highly processed foods, and learning to read food labels.
Sharpen your social-emotional saw Connect with people in college, expand your network of associates, and build friendships.
Sharpen your mental saw Stay well-rounded, be a lifelong learner, and explore the world.
