Habit 4: Think Win WIn Study Guide

How do you balance courage With consideration? Think Win Win; Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win.
What is Win Win? Being able to walk away before someone loses including yourself. (High Consideration and High Courage)
What is Win Lose? Having the mindset you are going to win no matter who you hurt in the process. Meaning you cannot win unless other people lose. (High Courage Low Consideration)
What is Lose Win? Means you are eager to please but reluctant to stand up for yourself. (High Consideration Low Courage)
What is Lose Lose? Means you do not care if other people lose nor do you stand up for yourself. (Low Consideration Low Courage)
What does it mean to make deposits in other peoples emotional bank account? Be nice to others and show kindness to make their day.
What does it mean to make withdrawls in other peoples emotional bank account? You only care about yourself and give negative vibes to the people around you. Means you are rude and self-centered.
What are examples of ways you can make deposits in other peoples emotional bank account? Showing kindness, Keeping promises, Keep confidence, Be loyal, Apologize, and most of all learn to forgive.
