HABIT 6: SYNERGIZE
What is synergy? | Synergy is a common teamwork technique to work things out and to absorb good stuffs to each individual. |
Negative synergy | You could not synchronize yourself into your team in order to work something out, your bride is too big. When this happens, it might cause negative affects to the entire set up. |
Positive synergy | You can control your pride, be proactive, accept disagreement, listen and learn from others. When this happen, things work out quicker. |

Value differences | Each one of us is a different body with different knowledge/skill. Some are value to the others to learn and keep spreading good things out. |
Go for the third alternative | Use synergy to get a better solution by gathering good ideas from each individual. |
1st step to a 3rd alternative | Define the real problem you are facing to. |
2nd step to a 3rd alternative | Empathetically listen to each other's idea. The more advise, the better. Learn how to accept disagreement. |
3rd step to a 3rd alternative | Understand then share your point of view creatively. Think win-win. |
4th step to a 3rd alternative | Brainstorm. Now it's time to give each other question to boost their critical thinking to add more ingredient to the solution. |
5th step to a 3rd alternative | Create the best solution. Now your team can find the best solution by combining all good ideas. |
What you get from being synergy? | Find out effective solution to your problems, create an excitement and passion for the team and the project, tighten the relationships, get influences from each other. |
