Win Win Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win.
Win-lose You can't win unless other people lose.
Lose-win You say yes too fast and are easily taken advantage of and bury a lot of feelings.
Lose-lose If you can't win, nobody wins.
Win-win or No Deal "We're going to win together."
Do small acts of kindness Be kind to others, create connections.
Keep promises Make good on your word, don't break a serious
Keep Confidence When someone shares something with you in confidence, keep it that way.
Be Loyal to the Absent Avoid gossiping or backbitting.
Set Clear Expectations Don't leave things fuzzy.
Apologize If you're in the wrong, admit it now.
Forgive Learn to forgive and forget so that you don't keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt.
