Why must you find out what a emotional deposit is for the other person what you might think is a deposit for the other person may be a withdrawal in their mind.
why do small acts of kindness? If you want to make friends take the initiative and be kind to others.
Why keep promises? Nothing breaks the emotional bank account than to break a serious promise.
Why keep confidences Texting or posting photos or information about other people can humiliate them and might get you into trouble
Why should you be loyal to the absent? if you bad mouth someone, the people listening will wonder if you are doing the same thing to them behind their backs
how do you set clear expectations don't leave thigs fuzzy. if you say you will do something follow through on it.
Why apologize? Making excuses instead of making things better turns into a even bigger withdrawal.
Why forgive? so that you dont keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt
