what does it mean to "think win-win"? pertains to the action of collaboration and interaction with others.
by nature, how do we usually measure success as humans ? seeing someone else fail, seeing life as a competition. making it a game.
what differs "win-win" from the "normal" view of success? win-win deals with diving into the aspect of corporation in life. finding a mutual solution that brings success for any parties involved.
is consideration a important aspect/trait for habit 4? yes, to be considerate aids in the practice of the "win-win" mentality.
what does habit 4 help you balance in your life? consideration and courage
what are the three major traits for habit 4? integrity, maturity, and an abundance mentality
what does integrity pertain to? keeping true to yourself and values you hold
what would happen if there was no "win-win"? people would lose
what is a good example of "win-win" in action? a parent and child relationship
where could you practice this habit? in activities that involve group work to succeed
would somebody with this habit be considered mature or blinded by selflessness? mature, it takes a mature person to be able to seek the good for everybody rather than just for themselves
if adopted, can this habit bring more success than an induvial can do on their own, for themselves? it can increase their social ability and open opportunity for that person to find success.
would someone who does all the work in a group to better themselves by feeling like they did everything be practicing this habit? no, they would be being selfish and see themselves superior to their peers. which is what this habit try's to correct.
would something along the lines of a performance agreement be applicable to a "win-win"/habit 4 practice? yes, because both parties are benefited if the subject is seen to 100%
what does it mean to be mature to habit 4? being opened minded and able to consider other ideas whilst expressing your own. being aware of emotions with peers
what does, "abundance" mean ? that there is plenty available for everyone to get something
