Think Win-Win

TermDefinition
Win-Lose The thought process of not being able to win unless other people lose (high on courage and low on consideration).
Lose-Win The thought process of having a permanent victim mentality. The person is always looking for sympathy because the are insecure (low on courage and high on consideration).
Lose-Lose The thought process of if you cant win, nobody can win. This person likes to get revenge and they envy/criticize others. (low on courage and low on consideration).
Win-Win The thought process of being able to walk before somebody else loses (a healthy balance of courage and consideration).
Making deposits of kindness into other people's Emotion Bank Accounts can... make it easier to make new friends and build stronger relationships.
What are seven ways you can make deposits into someone's EBA? Doing small acts of kindness, keeping promises, keeping confidences, being loyal to the absent, setting clear expectations, apologizing, and forgiving.
What are the two rules to remember about making deposits in the Emotional Bank Account? 1) A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as one. 2) It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdraw.
