What can you do to enrich your life experiences? Value the differences in people.
What is synergy? The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
What is positive synergy? It is when the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
What is negative synergy? It is when the whole is less than the sum of its parts.
What is the synergy of a proactive student? A positive synergy.
What can you use to get to a new and better solution? Synergy.
What is a 3rd Alternative? It is when you synergize with someone or a group of people to create a new solution.
How many steps are their to get a 3rd Alternative? 5 steps
What is the first step? Define the problem.
What is the second step? Listen to their views.
What is the third step? Share your views.
What is the fourth step? Brainstorm.
What is the fifth step? Create the best solution.
What does synergy get you? Effective solutions, better relationships, and greater learning.
Is working independently and thinking your always right synergizing? NO.
Is working interdependently and staying open-minded synergizing? YES.
