WIN- LOSE You're always trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people. you cant win unless other people lose.
LOSE-WIN You have a permanent victim mentality and you're always looking for sympathy. you say yes to fast and are easily taken advantage of.
LOSE-LOSE If you can't win, nobody wins. you envy and criticize others and also willing to give up chances for your own success.
WIN- WIN OR NO DEAL "Were going to win together" you're ready to walk away before someone loses including yourself.
COURAGE AND CONSIDERATION People who think win- win or no deal
EBAS Deposits vs. withdrawal's Emotional bank account, make deposits of kindness and helpfulness to help build strong relationships and make new friends. Helping the relationship is a deposit and when you hurt the relationship that's a withdrawal.
DEPOSITS Small acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidence, be loyal to the absent, set clear expectations, apologize, and forgive.
HABIT 4 SUMMARY " I can build effective relationships with people by working for their benefit as well as my own". I learned that in order to win you cant be selfish and you cant be lazy you have to make deposits into your life and your relationships in order to win.
