"Win-Lose" "I'm going to beat you no matter what" - trying to get ahead of people -High courage/low consideration
"Lose-Win" "I always get stepped on" - You're insecure and won't stand up for yourself - Low courage/High consideration
"Win-Win" / "No Deal" "We're going to win together" - You're walking away before anyone loses - Balancing courage and consideration
"Lose-Lose" -Don't care if other people lose, but don't have the courage tp stand up for yourself
Deposit A benefit or positive for a person - Think ATM machine
Withdrawal A deficit or negative for a person - Think ATM machine
Why should you keep promises? It quickly lowers trust and expectations if not kept.
Keep Confidences Keep secrets that a person trusts you with, to seem loyal.
What does being "loyal to the absent" mean? Don't gossip or backbite the people that trust you. Don't break their trust to fit in with another crowd.
Set Clear Expectations. Don't expect people to immediately understand your boundaries or what you need from them. Communicate.
Apologize- why should you? Don't assume that people think you're sorry, and don't go without acknowledging you did something wrong.
Why should you forgive people? Don't keep pushing people away for petty mistakes. Be the bigger person, and grow from the hurt.
