Class:Cholinesterase inhibitors Use: Myasthenia gravis, Side Effects: Bradycardia, hypotension, convulsions, rash,weakness,muscle cramps. Precautions:Hypersensitivity, peritonia, intestinal or urinary obstruction. Neostigmine

Class:antiemetic, upper GI stimulant Use: treat diabetes gastroparesis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, postoperative nausea and vomiting -PRECAUTION Tardive dyskinesia in elderly, women and people with diabetes metoclopramide
Class: antiulcer agent Use: treat and prevent recurrence of duodenal ulcer, benign gastric ulcer,gastro reflux, zollinger ellison syndrome. prevent stress related upper GI bleed while in hosp, Caution. Arrhythmias and hypotension cimetidine

Class:Antiemetic, antihistamine,antivertigo,sedative-hypnotic Use: to prevent motion sickness, treat nausea & vomiting in some anesthesia & surgery, allergic response, side effect Bradycardia, hyptension Promethazine
Use: relieve painful pressure cause be excess gas in the stomach or intestines. Side Effects: nausea, dirrahea, headache Caution, Hypersensitivity, pregnancy Simethicone
