Module 4 Studying Assistance :)

Win-Lose "I'm going to beat you no matter what" - high on courage/pride, low on consideration.
Lose-Win "I'm always getting stepped on" - low on courage/pride, high on consideration. You're insecure and aren't brave enough to stand up for yourself
Lose-Lose "If I'm going down, you're going down with me" - nobody can win if you aren't winning also (selfishness)
Win-Win "We're going to win this together" - ultimate status. This is the goal.
The key to making friends Work on depositing acts of kindness an helpfulness into their emotional bank accounts
Emotional Bank Account Things that are feel good for a person's soul (essentially, what makes them happy and heard)
Withdrawal Things that are done/said that can trigger and/or attract negative thoughts and reactions in yourself, or others
