Namenda (memantine) memantine - Moderate to severe dementia/neurocognitive disorder associated with Alzheimer's disease.
Tylenol (acetaminiophen) acetaminiophen - Mild to moderate pain, Moderate to severe pain with opioid analgesics, Fever.
Tegretol (carbamazepine) carbamazepine - Prevention of seizures. Relief of pain in trigeminal neuralgia. Decreased mania.
Singulair (montelukast) montelukast - Prevention and chronic treatment of asthma. Management of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB).
Robitussin (guaifenesin) guaifenesin - Reduces viscosity of tenacious secretions by increasing respiratory tract fluid.
Synthroid (levothyroxine) levothyroxine - Thyroid supplementation in hypothyroidism. Treatment or suppression of euthyroid goiters. Adjunctive treatment for thyrotropin-dependent thyroid cancer.
Catapress patch (clonidine) clonidine - PO Transdermal Mild to moderate hypertension. PO Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) (as monotherapy or as adjunctive to stimulants) (Kapvay only). Epidural: Management of cancer pain unresponsive to opioids alone.
Diflucan (fluconazole) fluconazole - Prevention of recurrent vaginal yeast infections.
Pepcid (famotidine) famotidine - Healing and prevention of ulcers. Decreased symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux. Decreased secretion of gastric acid.
Actos (pioglitazone) pioglitazone - Type 2 diabetes mellitus (with diet and exercise); may be used with metformin, sulfonylureas, or insulin.
Miralax (polyethylene glycol) polyethylene glycol - Treatment of occasional constipation.
Zithromax (azithromycin) azithromycin - Bacteriostatic action against susceptible bacteria. Prevention of bacterial endocarditis. Treatment of cystic fibrosis lung disease. Treatment and post-exposure prophylaxis of pertussis in infants.
Crestor (rosuvastain) rosuvastain - Lowering of total and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. Slightly increases HDL cholesterol. Slows the progression of coronary atherosclerosis.
Lotensin (benazepril) benazepril - Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors block the conversion of angiotensin I to the vasoconstrictor angiotensin II. Alone or with other agents in the management of hypertension.
Novolog (aspart) aspart - Control of hyperglycemia in patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Divovan (valsartan) valsartan - Blocks the vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II at various receptor sites, including vascular smooth muscle and the adrenal glands.
Phenergan (promethazine) promethazine - Treatment of various allergic conditions and motion sickness. Preoperative sedation. Treatment and prevention of nausea and vomiting. Adjunct to anesthesia and analgesia.
Imdur (isosorbide mononitrate) isosorbide mononitrate - Prophylactic management of angina pectoris.
Zyloprim (allopurinol) allopurinol - Inhibits the production of uric acid by inhibiting the action of xanthine oxidase. Lowering of serum uric acid levels.
Valium (diazepam) diazepam - Relief of anxiety. Sedation. Amnesia. Skeletal muscle relaxation. Decreased seizure activity.
