| realization | An act of becoming fully aware of something as a fact. |
| pneumonia | An infection of the air sacs in one or both the lungs. |
| immediate | Occurring or done at once; instant. |
| satisfaction | Fulfillment of one's wishes, expectations, or needs, or the pleasure derived from this. |
