Skeleton functions

TermDefinition
Muscle attachment for movement When muscles contacts and pull on the bones it makes them move. (Biceps connect with elbow and shoulder and helps it move)
Shape and support Skeleton provides shape and support for the body. (backbone enables us to stand up right)
Protection for vital organs Encloses and protects soft tissues. (When someone falls of a horse the skeleton will protect ur tissues)
Blood production Production of cells to carry oxygen around our body to support us with energy.
