Win-Lose Winning must come with someone else losing out; there is no option for both sides to benefit.
Lose-Win You are always on the losing end of things and never attempt to benefit from an exchange.
Lose-Lose If you cannot win in a situation, then no one is allowed to win either.
Win As long as you benefit from a situation, you do not care what happens to anyone else.
Win-Win or No Deal If both sides cannot benefit from an exchange, then no one should.
Find Out What a Deposit Is for the Other Person Discover what a person enjoys the most and act on those instead of assuming what they would like.
Do Small Acts of Kindness Express positive actions towards other people, since only ones you express are the ones that matter.
Keep Promises Keep good on promises, since broken ones hurt people greatly.
Be Loyal Keep topics people tell you in private to yourself.
Set Clear Expectations Ensuring everyone is on the same page prevents confusion or upset feelings when things aren't done.
Apologize Admitting being in the wrong is necessary sometimes, while refusing to often prevents closure.
Give Feedback Telling people how you feel is a good way for them to know where both of you stand on things.
Forgive Allowing past grievances to keep bothering you prevents both of you from moving forward.
