Module 11 Main Point? I can build effective relationships with people by working for their benefits as well as my own.
1st paradigm of habit 4? Win-Lose.
2nd paradigm of habit 4? Lose-Win.
3rd paradigm of habit 4? Lose-Lose.
4th paradigm of habit 4? Win-Win / No Deal.
Example of Win-Lose quote? I can't win unless other people lose.
Example of Lose-Win quote? I'm not brave enough to stick up for myself.
Example of Lose-Lose quote? If I go down, you're going down with me.
Example of Win-Win / No Deal quote? we're going to win together.
What is the secret to a great relationship? Balancing courage and consideration.
If you're in the bottom-right corner of the matrix, you're? High on consideration but low in courage.
If you're in the bottom-left corner of the matrix, you're? Low in both consideration and courage.
