QuestionAnswer
Making predictions trying to guess what will happen next in the story
Drawing conclusions (conclude) or Inference (infer) trying to figure out things that are not stated in the story by using both details in the passage and the reader's own experiences
Fact a statement that can be proved to be true
Opinion a statement that cannot be proved (it's what someone THINKS or FEELS)
Text evidence clues from the text that support inferences and conclusions made by the reader
Supporting an answer finding a sentence in the story to prove a conclusion
