Courage and Consideration Matrix Win-Lose Lose- Win Lose- Lose Win-Win or No Deal
Win-Lose You are high on courage and low on consideration. You can't win unless other people lose.
Lose-Win You are low on courage and high on consideration. You're not brave enough to stick up for yourself.
Lose- Lose You are low in both courage and consideration. If you can't win then nobody wins.
Win-Win or No Deal You are high in both courage and consideration. You balance courage and consideration so that others feel good and you feel good as well.

Emotional Bank Account Deposit Something you do or say that can help the relationship
Deposit: Do small acts of kindness Withdrawal: Be unkind, discourteous and disrespectful.
Deposit: Keep Promises Withdrawal: Break a serious promise.
Deposit: Keep Confidences Withdrawal: Sharing information that someone told you in confidence.
Deposit: Be Loyal to the Absent Withdrawal: Gossiping or bad mouthing someone while they are not around.
Deposit: Set Clear Expectations Withdrawal: Leaving things unclear and not following through with what is expected.
Deposit: Apologize Withdrawal: Making excuses for your behavior instead of making things right.
Deposit: Forgive Withdrawal: Getting even.
