Think Win-Win

TermDefinition
Win-Lose High on courage and low on consideration. One who is trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people.
Lose-Win Low on courage and high on consideration. One who is eager to please and reluctant to stand up for yourself.
Lose-Lose Low on courage and consideration. If you can't win no one wins. You envy and criticize others.
Win-Win or No Deal High on courage and consideration. Willing to walk away before someone loses.
Do Small Acts of Kindness A deposit into someone's emotional bank. Be kind to others by smiling, introducing yourself, or making friends.
Keep Promises Make good on your word. Do what you say you are going to do.
Keep Confidences When someone tells you something in confidence, keep it that way.
Be Loyal to the Absent Avoid gossiping about someone who is not around. Stick up for people.
Set Clear Expectations Don't leave things fuzzy. Follow through on what is expected.
Apologize If you did wrong admit it now. Tell them you are sorry.
Forgive Learn to forgive and forget so you don't keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt.
