Win-Lose You don't consider yourself winning unless other people are losing in the process
Lose-win You are okay with losing because you are fine with never succeeding, You are insecure
Lose-Lose If you are losing you are going to make the other person lose with you. "if I can't win you can't either"
Win-Win or no deal "were going to win together" You have the mindset that balances courage and consideration
Deposit Depositing into someones emotional bank account means to do something that will strengthen the relationship
Withdrawal To withdrawal from someones emotional bank account is to do something that will harm the relationship
Keep promises not keeping a promise can bankrupt an EBA (emotional Bank Account)
Keep confidence When someone tells you something in confidence, keep it that way. don't make them feel bad for what they tell you
Be loyal to the absent avoid gossiping, don't talk about anyone if they aren't there to defend themselves
Set clear expectations Don't leave things fuzzy, meaning tell people what you mean clearly so they won't get confused on what you meant
Apologize Apologizing to people will help you out in the long run, because they know you won't make excuses for you mistake
Forgive Forgive and forget, forgive today so it won't hold you hostage tomorrow. Not forgiving people will only make the hurt worse
