Think Win-Win

QuestionAnswer
Win-Lose "I'm going to beat you no matter what" (you cant win unless other people lose)
Lose-Win "I always get stepped on" (you have a permanent victim mentality)
Lose-Lose "If I'm going down, you're going down with me" (If I can't win, NOBODY wins)
Win-Win "We're going to win together" (go for the win-win or no deal)
BE LOYAL TO THE ABSENT Avoid gossiping or backbiting!
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS Dont leave things fuzzy!
KEEP CONFIDENCES When someone shares something with you in confidences, keep it that way!
