What is "Lose-Lose?" | "If I'm going down, you're going down with me." If you can't win nobody wins, you seek revenge. |
What is "Win-Win?" | "We're going to win together." You're ready to walk away before someone loses- including yourself. |

What is the main point of Module 12: Make Deposits In Other People's Emotional Bank Accounts (EBA)? | The key to making friends is to deposit acts of kindness and helpfulness in their Emotional Bank Accounts (and to avoid making withdrawals). |
What is a deposit into an EBA? | When you do something that helps the relationship is considered a deposit. |
What is a withdrawal from an EBA? | When you do something that hurts the relationship is considered a withdrawal. |
