What are some examples of mental health? | Schoolwork, Class discussions, Lectures, Journals, Literature, and Skill development |
What are some examples of spiritual health? | Service, Meditation, Art, Music, Nature, Inspirational reading, and Religious worship |
What are the things you can do to sharpen your physical saw? | Make sure you get plenty of sleep, make sure you are eating right, and make time to exercise. |
What are some things you should try to do for at least just a few minutes? | Clear your mind, Work your heart, Lift weights, or take a break |
