hydroxychloroquine;Plaquenil Sulfate Antiinefective(can cause irreversible tissue damage);Used adjunctively with primaquine for eradication of Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium malariae. More commonly prescribed than chloroquine for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus
ibandronate; Boniva Regulator, bone metabolism;In postmenopausal women, it reduces the rate of bone turnover, resulting in a net gain in bone mass.
ibruprofen; motrin,advil NSAID,ANTIPYRETIC; Has nonsteroidal antiinflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects. Inhibits platelet aggregation and prolongs bleeding time but does not affect prothrombin or whole blood clotting times.
indomethacine;Indameth, Indocid ANALGESIC, ANTIPYRETIC; NSAID; Antipyretic and antiinflammatory actions may be related to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin biosynthesis. It is a potent analgesic.
naproxen;Naprelan, Naprosyn, Naxen ANALGESIC,NSAID; Analgesic, antiinflammatory and antipyretic effects; also inhibits platelet aggregation and prolongs bleeding time but does not alter whole blood clotting, prothrombin time or platelet count.
raloxifene ;Evista SERM; used to prevent and treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and those on glucocorticoids.
teriparatide;Forteo HORMONES & SYNTHETIC SUBSTITUTES; Stimulates new bone formation by preferential stimulation of osteoblastic activity over osteoclastic activity; improves bone microarchitecture, and increases bone mass and strength by stimulating new bone formation.
zidovudine;Retrovir ANTIINFECTIVE; ANTIVIRAL. Zidovudine has antiviral action against HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), the causative agent of AIDS, LAV, and ARV
