Electrons A subatomic particle with a negative charge
Neutrons A subatomic particle found in the nucleus of every atom
Protons A subatomic particle with a positive charge
Elements A substance whose atoms all have the same number of protons
Compound Chemical combination of 2 or more elements
Molecule Smallest particle, compressed of 2 or more atoms
Chemical Formula Expression of chemical composition of a compound
Quarks A tiny particle that makes up nucleons
