Schedule I | Highest potential for addiction and abuse, can NOT be prescribed |
Heroin, LSD and Marijuana | Classification I |
Schedule II | High potential for addiction and abuse by written prescription only NO REFILLS NO SCRIPTS |
Schedule III | Moderate to low potential for addiction and abuse 5RF's in 6mts. written or oral by Dr. ONLY |
Schedule IV | lower potential than Schedule III drugs. Written or oral MA |
Schedule V | Low potential for addition and abuse, May be sold OTC |
Amphetamines and Cocaine | Classification II |
Drugs containing codeine and paregoric | Classification III |
Chloral hydrate and diazepam | Classification IV |
Nightquil and Dayquil | Classification V |
