What is Requirements Traceability Matrix The Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is a document that links requirements throughout the validation process.
AC Actual Cost. At the outset of a project, costs are estimated. The AC is tallied at the project’s completion to show the true and final cost of the project.
CV Cost Variance. This is a calculation of the project costs that quantifies the difference between the actual cost (AC) and the earned value (EV), as represented by the equation EV – AC = CV.
What are the types of project management life cycles? 1- Predictive Life Cycle / Waterfall Model / Fully Plan Driven Life Cycle 2- Iterative and Incremental Life Cycle 3- Adaptive Life Cycle / Change Driven / Agile
What is the Adaptive/ Change Driven / Agile project life cycle? phase by phase approach but multiple times. Each iteration will generate a deliverable or a set of deliverables. The outcome could be an instance of the end product which can be improved in further iterations
What is the Predictive Waterfall Model project life cycle? In the Waterfall model, the project takes a phase by phase approach whereby the work on each phase is completed before moving onto the next phase.
What is the Iterative and Incremental project life cycle? Iterative and incremental development is a discipline for developing systems based on producing deliverables. In incremental development, different parts of the system are developed at various times or rates and are integrated based on their completion.
Together, the scope, schedule, and cost baselines are called: Performance Measurement Baseline
