Hyperthyroid Agents These drugs block the synthesis of thyroid hormones

Thyroid Hormones/Hypothyroid Agents These drugs decrease cholesterol concentrations, stimulate the heart, increase metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates. The effects produced vary with each drug; however consistency of use of particular drug product should be maintained
Armour Thyroid thyroid desiccated
Synthroid levothyroxine
Oral Contraceptives These drugs inhibit the ovulation cycle
Tri-Phasil ethinyl estradiol and levonorogestrel
Yaz drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol

Ovulation Stimulants These drugs are used to stimulate or assist the ovulation process
Clomid clomiphene
Follistim A W follicle stimulating hormone
Oxytocic and Tococlytic Agents Oxytocic stimulates uterine contractions and the latter cause's uterine relaxation
Oxytocin oxytocin
Magnesium Sulfate magnesium sulfate
Androgens these are also known as male hormones

Anti-Androgen Agents These inhibit or block androgens
