culture A way of life shared by a group of people (their language, music, religion, food, clothing, and holidays)
Geography The study of earth and the ways people use it.
Mound A natural or artificial elevation of Earth.
Archaeologist The study of prehistoric people and their cultures by analysis of their artifacts.
Barter To trade by exchange of commodities rather than by the use of money
Trade Buying or selling of goods and services
Artifact Something that was made or used by people in the past.
Inhabitants A person or animal that inhabits (lives) in a place, especially as a permanent resident.
Establish To found, build, or bring into being on a firm or stable basis.
