Blackjack strategy cards for SOFT HANDS. Single, Double, and Multideck.

What is the only circumstance where you don't STAND on soft 19 (A,8)? Single deck: A,8 vs. 6 - DOUBLE unless not allowed to DOUBLE, else STAND.
Single deck: A,7 vs. 10. Play? HIT.
Single deck: A,7 vs. 3. Play? DOUBLE.
On single deck with SOFT HANDS A,8 or A,7, if your not allowed to DOUBLE, what play? STAND.
Single deck: A,7 vs. 2. Play? STAND.
If your not allowed to DOUBLE with either a HARD HAND or A,2 through A,6, whats the play? HIT.
On a single deck, what SOFT HAND doesn't get DOUBLED as against dealer bust cards 3-6? Only A,8 and A,9.
