describing matter

| mixture | two ore substances elements, compounds or both that are togher but not chemicly combined |
| heterogeneous mixture | a mexture in which in pure substances are unevenly disturbed throughout the mixture |
| homogeneous mixture | a mixture in which substances are evenly disturbed throughout the mixturre |
| soultion | an example of homogenous mixture;forms when substances disolve |
