| achievement | an important accomplishment that results from hard work or careful planning |
| camaraderie | a feeling of friendship that people have when they work together to achieve a goal |
| agility | the ability to move quickly and easily |
| ascend | to climb something |
| evade | to avoid something or someone |
| critical | very important in order to achieve a goal |
| encounter | to come across something without knowing ahead of time |
| discipline | an area of knowledge or a field of study |
| constraints | things that limit your freedom to do what you want |
| obstacle | an object that blocks your path so you have to go around it |
| perseverance | the act of trying to do something in spite of difficulties |
| serve | to do official work for an organization, a country, or a person |
| obligatory | needing to be done because of a rule or a law |
| novice | someone who has little or no experience at something |
| grasp | to grab something firmly |
| trudging | walking with heavy steps because it is difficult |
| waivers | documents stating that you give up the right to do or have something |
| significant | important enough to cause people to notice the effects |
| strain | to injure a part of the body by using it too much |
| summit | the top of a cliff or a mountain |
